MTSS/CS CoP Update:
Building a Community of Connection and Impact
Tables are often referred to as one of the most important places for human connection. Whether in-person or virtually, families, friends, and colleagues intentionally gather to share, learn, reflect, evolve.
During our monthly Community of Practice meetings, school staff and community partners gather around a virtual table with Ali Hearn and the C/W CS TAC team, to build a community of connection and impact. Together, we share the struggles and highlights of this new reality, and find certainty during uncertain times. As a virtual community, we explore data, systems and practices as the foundation for integrating Community Schools and an expanded Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework to better support ourselves, the students and families we serve, and our communities.
Please join us as we convene each month at our virtual Community of Practice table. As is often true when we come together for shared experiences, we recognize that not everyone can join for the entire time. We invite folks to participate in some or all of the sessions, and recognize that the opportunity to connect with the community is the priority. Following each meeting, participants receive the session recording (featuring presentation content only, excluding breakout rooms), session slides, and relevant resources. We look forward to welcoming you to our virtual table and community.
