Closing Strong: Mindfulness Practice

About this Event
As we close out this difficult year and start preparing for the next, The Urban Yoga Foundation will offer daily mindfulness sessions allowing participants to slow down, check in, and reflect. During this series, participants will be offered embodiment practices and self-care techniques. All are welcome!
