Community Schools 101 for School Building Leaders: Supporting the CSD to Encourage Your School’s Growth

The Community School Director is a unique position within a school community. When empowered and given the necessary tools, the CSD can push your school’s supportive structures and systems to new heights. Understanding the full scope of what the CSD position can be is essential to knowing how you can bolster the role. In this session, we will explore the ways in which school building leaders can best support their CSD for maximum benefit to the school community.
