Please join us for this professional development and networking opportunity, geared toward communities, schools, and organizations interested in developing cross-sector partnerships or building capacity within their existing model.
- Identify strengths and challenges to current cross-sector partnerships
- Learn from several school-based cross-sector partnership models, including the Community Schools Model
- Build capacity for more effective collaboration to meet student and family needs and support student success
- Network with other school leaders and CBO directors to foster regional capacity
