Director of Finger Lakes Community Schools
Jay Roscup has a decade of experience as an ELA teacher and an Executive Director of a small non-profit serving at-risk young people. Additionally, he has performed the duties of Project Director for federal grants including School Climate Transformation, Safe Schools Healthy Students and Project AWARE. He is the co-chair of the Wayne County Coordinating Council and the Wayne County Partnership for Strengthening Families. As a school district administrator and a former executive of a community organization, he has a helpful understanding of common barriers for collaboration and has been part of a team in Wayne County that has worked to find solutions and build authentic partnerships.
